Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my nephew is 15 yo he is giving his parents a hard time, his mom sent him to a group home where he has been kicked out. his mom is a recovering addict and i have had temp custody of her three children before. my nephew has never been in trouble with the law . he needs help and his mom is not reasoning with anyone. what can i do?

Petition the court for temporary relative custody.
