Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Hello, my name is Nicole, I have a 4yr old child, of course the father doesn't support and I didn't put him on child support because I know that his household and his mental conditions are nit sage for her to be alone with him, I dont trust him, I have evidence of his threats of killing me and taking her away from me over the years, all je does is call and ask me to meet him to see her but doesnt support at all, he has a job but still doesnt support , my question is am I required to interact with him interact? Or do you think I could win full custody of my child? Or would a restraining order be good?

If he has job, he should be helping to support. The court will determine time sharing. Without a threat of bodily harm I doubt you will get a restraining order.
Go thru the Dept. Of Revenue and get child support. After that let him file for visitation.
You should start the process to collect child support.
