non custudial parent in prision , to give permission for child to travel to mexi

Thanks, never married, father not on birth cert, he never had custody, in prison now for at least 8-10 yrs, do i need note to take my daughter to cancun mexico on vacation?

I could always get a notorized letter with his sign,,,,,,???? my sign,,,,,,,(incase, ??)

Also, getting married soon to someone else, do we need his ok for new husband to adopt my 10yr old daughter?
