Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My parents divorced when I was young. About 10 years later I was looking through paperwork that had an inventory list of $30,000 worth of EE bonds in my name. After further investigation I have reason to believe that he cashed them and I would like to know if there is any way that I could get the $30,000 back? And if I could would it be worth it or would attorney's fees be to expensive.

Fees will be involved. You would start by reopening the case and setting his deposition, then going from there to find the money and the truth and get your share.
