Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My parents want to give me guardianship of my sister to me, she is 17 and we would like her to live with me until she turns 18 in three moths, but they dont want to be liable if she does anything. How can they give me guardianship? And if she stays with me without me being the guardian is it illegal?

Will your sister graduate from school at the age of 18. Is she even going to school. Will they be paying support for her. Is she a special needs child. Need a whole lot more info.
