Do you have to pay support for an unborn child? In the state of florida or texas?

Not in Florida and probably not in Texas, but I'm not licensed to practice law in Texas and I do not know the Texas law. But "probably not" seems like a safe bet. For the purposes of child support, there is no child until the baby is born. You may have a duty under some other law to support the mother, but that's not the same as child support.
