Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We are in the process of filing for a simple dissolution of marriage (no kids involved). This is an amicable divorce, but we have a home we have not paid in months and is about to be forclosed on. Neither of us wants or can afford the home on our own. Do we have to disclose this on the financial affidavits, will this halt our divorce? We are each willing to take responsiblity for the forclosure. Just want to know what will happen and if it could hold up our divorce process. Please help! Cant afford a lawyer so I am doing all the paperwork on my own. Thank you!

List it, it has no bearing if you are not seeking child support or alimony.

You have to disclose everything on the financial affidavit, but it won't hold up your divorce proceedings.
