Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the pro-se Petitioner in a divorce case after 35 years of marriage . Respondent made me lose my car and being disabled now I am unable to get another one with at least the Order from my temporary releif hearing on 3/06/2018. To date although given 15 days to draft this order Respondant's attorney still has not prepared this Order, can I file a Motion to compel this Order? I am in need of a third back surgery I broke a rod last year and need transportation.
