Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have recently filed a Parenting Plan with my local clerk of courts. To determine custody and who gets my child when. The Mother of my child has changed her phone number and moved. I gave the Private Process Server her last known address and her grandmothers address. If he cannot locate her what happens next?

YOu will have to locate her and the children in order to get them back. I suggest you get a pick up order issued by the court and then file for custody with supervised visitation.
