Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I recently surrendered my custodial rights to my daughter (severe mental/behavioral disturbance that endangered my other kids) and even after I complied with the case plan set by DCF in Florida and giving documentation of the falsity of the allegations, it was ignored. This went on for 2 years and my daughter is in a facility for troubled girls and asked for me to do it. I finally felt defeated and there was no way to regain custody. The surrender court filing was sent to me and I replied to all parties involved strongly pointing out the duplicity of the Florida DCF. How much backlash should I expect?
