Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Relocation from Miami, to Orlando with Minor child

My final Divorce paper says that I cannot move from the Tri county Miami area, without consent. And I cannot get consent from my ex. What are my chances based the out come of other cases. I am improving my income and will be able to provide a bigger house and better schools to my 2 boys. And plan to offer my ex more visitation time for the summer, and long weekends. Am I just wasting my money that I dont have. And how long will an average case last. The new job can't wait.

Re: Relocation from Miami, to Orlando with Minor child

You must seek modification of the court order and prove it would be in the best interests of the children to relocate. Good luck.
