Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I reside in Florida. I have a 7 year old son and have been in a relationship with his father for 10 1/2 yrs. 8 of which we have lived together. We are not married but in the processing of seperating. Would I be able to move out of the state of Florida or would he be able to hire an attorney to force me back.
