Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi

I served my wife with divorce papers how worked in the legal field over 20 years,

and she was delinquent to respond , i had my attery file a default

and now he is making lite of this, what can i do ?

Once the default has been entered you need to request a hearing date. If you can do this yourself, then I suggest you dismiss the services of your attorney. Otherwise, if you are in my area, Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. John's County, contact my office for an appointment.

Your attorney is correct. Courts loath defaults.
