Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have signed a custody agreement with a non contact order for third parties...is there a legal basis to get that portion redacted or have the order sealed from public record.

You have to petition the court to seal it, which also involves the clerk as a party. Use of a lawyer is recommended
