Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have sole custody of my two children. They would like to spend the summer out of state with their grandparents which I am fine with. What is the best way to allow them to travel out of state and seek medical treatment if needed. Also I want to ensure the children are returned to me as agreed upon

You can issue a Special Power of Attorney to Grandparents authorizing them to obtain health care for the children.

Having sole custody is your protection. If they don't return the children you can have a pick up order issued. The Special POA should be sufficient for health care if needed.

If you have sole custody then you can do what you want.
