Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my sons father is a sex offender and has won rights to visitation, we both have copies of the agreements that states my son is to remain with me, i was also never told i couldnt leave the state of florida, im married and have to move to california, we both agree to keep visitation goin, can the father have me arrested even though i was never told i could leave state and continued his visitaion?

You can certainly leave the state. You need to get an Order from the court and explain your reasons to the court. No big deal. You will need to address the visitation issue as to how that will be handled since you will be in another state.
