Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
In the state of Florida if the parents have never been married and the father has not established paternity does the mother still have to allow him visitation or can she keep the children from him until paternity has been established?

Technically you do not have to allow anything. You should get a custody order anyway. Use of a lawyer is recommended.
