If you are talking about a temporary trip, then the answer would be yes, unless there was some sort of specific prohibition against it in an existing Parenting Plan.
If you are talking about a permanent move, it may be allowed, if it is less than 50 miles.
Why not? Unless a court has entered an Order restricting either parents time-sharing, which addressed out of State travel, there is no restriction.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a �do over� if things go badly.
