Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a temporary injunction on my ex-fiance in the state of Florida. Our court date is Friday August 19th, 2011. Today I filled out the paper work to dismiss the injunction because I am no longer fear. However, I am wondering if the Judge will still make him pay child support payments for our 2 children because he left me with no money and I don't know what I am going to do.

You need to go ahead and go through with the injunction. Why are you dropping the charges? I am not convinced that you are not in fear.
