Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Ex wife owes arrears for child support. #1 question: Child will be 18 in March, graduates high school in June. He wants to go to a community college and live at home. When does child support end? #2 We have been to court and she had a judgement for arrears a while back. I hear I have to renew the judgement every 10 years. Do I need to go back to court to update the amount she now owes before child support is no longer required from her or just go to the court house and refile and update the amount without a court session?

Unless your child support document stated that you receive or pay child support for four years of college, then the child support ends in JUNE since he will graduate before turning 19 while in high school.
#2 Not understanding the judgment. Judgments are good for 20 years, unless this occurred prior to the law changing. Go to the Child Support division at the court house and have them check to see what you need to do on that issue.
Child Support ends in this case in June.
The arrears should be easily determined through the clerk. If the payments were not ran through the clerk then you will have to file a motion to assess and determine arrears.
