getting wife to pay retirement pay
Divorced in Florida.Living in Ohio. X-wife in Georgia. Courts awarded %21.125 of x-wives retirement.X-wife retired from USAF as O-4. Effective date Sept, 01, 2000. X-wife will not pay. How to get X-wife to start paying plus back pay.Cannot garnish through DFAS only married 102 months.X-wife makes $60,000.00 much tax free. me $31,000.00 and faithfully pay child support. How to stop this robbery?

Re: getting wife to pay retirement pay
Although you cannot get "direct pay" under the Spouse Protection Act, you can return her to court and obtain judgment for unpaid amounts together with atorneys fees and interest. You can be paid by way of civil garnishment.
