Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife of 6 years filed for divorce. It says dissolution of marriage with children. We have no children. We just signed a 1 yr lease and will I have to move out? I cannot afford to.

In Florida you can live in the same place until 1. your divorce or 2. she gets a temporary needs order to have you removed. - of course, you can also file that and have her removed. You don't sound as though either of you have an attorney - this must be pro se - otherwise why would she use the WRONG form.
