Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

Fmla

I work in Florida and have been approved for FMLA for initial 30 days. The administrator wants me to work 2 half days and he will pay me for Christmas. Will this affect the ''protection'' I have for these 30 days? I feel as though I am backed into a corner.

It should not affect your protection. FMLA leave protects you for 12 weeks of any rolling 52 week period.
