An orgal agreement can be a contract. More details regarding what the contract was and what part was breached and any damages you suffered would be needed to advise if you have a viable claim. If you would like to call my office, I would be pleased to speak with you.

Verbal agreements can be broken. The problem with a verbal agreement if proving the terms and trying to determine who, if anyone breached it. It would be a queston of fact for the judge or jury to decide.
