Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

a car was giving to me as a gift from my boss now he took it without my permission and says I have to pay him for it to get it back. The title is in my name but their is a lien holder aswell. what rights do I have in this issue and what can I do to get my car back to me?

If he signed the title to you, you need to file an action to recover the vehicle. Do not resort to "self help" by taking the car forcefully from him. If there is a lien, the lien holder can reposess the car unless the payments are made. Hire an attorney if the car is worth more than $1000. If not, try small claims court. You can't be worse off than you already are.
