Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

car loan

i have a joint car loan with my ex. she is the primary, and now that i have moved she wants the car back. i have made evey payment on the car for the past 4 years. and i have it all document from the back of my payments. can she legaly take the car if its in both of our names ?
