Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

carfax report??

I bought a car from a local dealer a year and hafe ago and ask for a carfax was never given one , asked if the car was ever wrecked they told me no!! I just got a carfax on the car today and found out it has been wrecked !!! what can I do about it ?? Do I have any legal rights??

Fraud in the inducement can void the contract. If all they did was SAY it, though, you will have a hard time proving it.
