Are court room testimonies available to the public to see ? If yes, would I obtain a transcript copy from the cout room reporter ?

Re: Civil law testimony
Unless there is an order sealing the court room (which is extremely extremely rare) all court testimony is public. You can listen if you wish and, if there was a court reporter, you can order a transcript. The court reporter fee however is pretty steep -- usually $4 - $5 a page. An hour testimony may cost you $250.
