I live with my boyfriend and the lease is in his name, we have broken up but I have nowhere to go. Can he just kick me out?

Unfortunately, he likely can. However, there may be come issues which might be worth considering. Have you paid any of the expenses? Rent, utilities, etc?

He must first obtain a court order, which he can easily do.
