I was recently terminated from my job after 2 years. They want me to sign a paper that states I can not bad mouth them and they will give me $2792.00 and I can never claim unemployment through them. If I do not sign it am I entitled to receive my vacation and sick payout?

I would advise you to contact the labor board, because your unemployment would possibly amount to much more than they're offering, and it may be illegal for them to try to cut such a deal with you. Caution!
