Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I found money at work on the floor. There was no identifiable information with the money, only someone claiming to have lost it. Police searched me and later visited my home, can I be charged with a crime?

If you took the money and did not report it you may be guilty of a crime and can be charged. Contact a criminal defense attorney and stop writing about it on line.
