Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
my friend and i were on our way back to my house when we crashed into each other. it was late . he was on a motorcycle and i was in my car. No police were called and no witnesses. He went to hospital and got 18 stitches but doctor says he is going to be fine. My friend lives at home still. we are both 22 years old. his parents are threatening to call the police. Do i have to discuss anything with the police if they show up. Its been 2 days since the accident
