Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Internet company cut my network cables in my home

I had cancelled a contract with a small internet company due to the fact that their product was constintly failing.

They intalled the network in my home for $200.00. I returned all their equipment and paid them for a hub and cables and installed my own cables as well. They sent to people over to my home to retrieve the equipment and then without my knowledge they cut all my network cables 6 of them, which were in my attic and then quickly left. I had no knowledge of this until 30 min after they left when my network failed to log on. What recourse do I have?

They will deny it. If you have proof, sue in small claims court for your expenses and any other money damages you can prove.
