Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If a judgement was filed against me in a contract related civil lawsuit and the recorded judgement has the incorrect middle initial is it still filed against ME? Am I required to submit form 1.977 even though a notice with my correct name on it has not been delivered to me?
