Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

libel for contacting ex-husband's employer

After divorcing my husband, I found on my credit report that he had opened a credit card account while we were married by forging my name, which took me two years to finally get removed from my credit report. I have a copy of the original application. Also, I later found out that he also forged our son's signature on two student loan applications that he defaulted, therefore, ruining our son's credit. In fact one of the loans was deposited into his personal bank account. I also have copies of those applications with the forged signatures. Neither of us pursued bringing charges against him, as my case would be civil and I technically had no loss of money just left with a feeling of betrayal. Our son's would be a criminal case, as he a substantial loss of money, however, he won't file charges against his father. This man is a loan officer in a bank. It disturbs me that someone of this caliber is working in this field. If he would stoop as low to steal from his own family, what stops him from taking advantage of the bank's customers, if he hasn't already. Could I be held libel for writing the bank and informing them of the type of person they have as an employee and enclose copies of the forged signatures?
