Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
A lien was issued from a towing company to the DMV for a boat that was towed that I sold 7 years ago. Evidently the new owner never registered the boat. Now I can not renew my license plates because of the lien. What Are my options?

Contact DMV and advise them of situation. They should advise what you need. Otherwise, a court order vacating the lien against you may be needed.
