Buyer #2 as sole shareholder of corporation filed bankruptcy. Filed Articles of Dissolution with Secretary of State.

Can Buyer #2, Individual proceed to mediation and ask for a summary judgment since corporation is dissolved?

While dissolution is no defense, it generally means the corporation has no assets.
