pictures posted on internet without consent

is it illegal to post a minor's picture on myspace without the concent of the minor or the minor's parents? is there a law that would require the person who is posting to remove such pictures?

No, it is not illegal and there is no law requiring removal. This assumes, of course, that the picture is not pornographic.
