Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Quality of life

My husbabd purchased a home with another man with intent to sell within a year as an investment. There was not any legal forms between the two of them for this partnership. My husband is the only person on the loan and all of the loan paperwork, the other man is only on the title. We need to sell the house because I am pregnant. He is refusing to answer any of our calls and has been non cooperative. This has caused me and my baby a lot of stress and emotional anxiety. The quality of my marriage and me mental health is deteriating because of his lack of cooperation. He has stopped any plans of us moving and getting on with our lives. I feel hopless and my husband and I don't have a clue how to fix this. Are there any laws that we could sue him for because he knows of our situation and knows that I am expecting. We currently live in Florida and need to move home to Washingon state to have the baby. Time is running out and we need answers. How is he able to ruin mt life and consiously know that he has that power. My marriage, finances, and health are under an enormous amount of stress. Please help
