Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am being sued by a car repair shop for serves done on my car but I was not the one who brought the car to the repair shop and noone signed for the services to be done when they brought the car to the repair shop.

If you did not report the car stolen, you probably owe the money unless I am missing something. It is what you do not say that appears to make you reponsible.
