Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Can someone supervise you taking a drug test if you are not court ordered to be there? It's not a employer, lab, or clinic. It's just your therapist and you have choosing to be there no one makes you go. I heard it's illegal for them to supervise me if I don't them to. I live in Florida if this helps.

Most attorneys are not going to know anything about this. But think about it - if you take a drug test, you can't take it without someone verifying that it is your urine in the cup. The only way to verify its your urine is to watch you go. If you don't have someone watch you go for the purpose of verifying the results, there's no point in taking the test. None. If the drug test you are taking is completely voluntary, and the you don't want someone watching you pee, then don't agree to taking the test.
