Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I got a ticket in a disabled parking. I am federally disabled. I live an apartment complex. I dropped my parking sticker, it fell down. There is no State statue or fine amount on the disabled parking sign. I am going to court to ask the Judge to get rid of my ticket. What is the law on the signs? Do the disability signs have to display the state statue and or fine amount or not? Do you think the Judge will tare up my ticket? What is the case law?

Show the judge your handicap sticker. He should dismiss the ticket.
