Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

someone vandalized my car years ago and ex friend i tried to get a restraining order after i went to her house with the police she file one on me which either way i didnt care i wanted this person away from me years later she has been trying to contact me via myspace facebook i moved and hour away to get away from this person is there anything i can do i honestly dont care if shes trying to redeem herself i want this over with please help me. sincerely dayana
