Violation Restraining Order

I have an order of protection against a female and she hired a private investigator to stalk & follow me. I believe this is a violation, a third party acting as an agent being paid by the respondent

And what case law does this entail.

Yes, it definitely seems like a violation of the restraining order. You can file a complaint with the State Attorney's office and let them decide what action, if any, to take. She is not allowed to contact you or harass you either by herself or through any third party. If you want caselaw on this subject, you will either have to hire an attorney or go to a law library. This is not a site where free legal work is provided to those who request it.
