What do you mean by "you failed an interview"? Was your marriage-based adjustment of status application denied? If denied, on what grounds?
Or was it I-130 petition denied? On what grounds?
I understand that you are in removal proceedings?
How did you come to USA (on what visa)?
How old are you?
You should definitely hire an attorney if you haven't done so yet.
