Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
how do apply for citizenship for my husband in honduras
2 Answers from Attorneys
You cannot apply directly for his citizenship. You can petition him for permanent residency/Green card.
The petition is filed with the USCIS. When it's approved, he can apply for an immigrant visa at the US consulate in Honduras.

What is your status here in the U.S.? Are you a green card holder or a U.S. citizen? Are you perhaps here in another form of immigration status? Answers to these questions will determine how you may be able to bring your husband here.
