Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I want to apply for dual citizenship US/UK. I am a permanent resident of the US but was born in England and raised there till the age of 12. I was able to gain permanent residency through my father who became a US citizen when we moved. I am currently engaged to a UK citizen but we want to live in the US. Will our marriage grant my fiance Citizenship or permanent residency to the US if I have dual citizenship?

Your marriage will not automatically grant any rights to residency or U.S. citizenship to your fiance. You will need to petition for him/her with the USCIS. If approved, then they can move to USA as a permanent resident (initially, 'conditional resident').
