Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My boyfriend has been adjudicated guilty for violating a restraining order on Monday of this week. He did 89 days but was told to complete the Max of 105. I found out yesterday that he now has an immigration hold on him. He has had 25 other cases in the system but was found adjudicated guilty on 3 other charges. Aggravated stalking, burgulary, and battery. What does the immigration hold mean. Will they deport him?

Having an immigration hold means that he's in the country illegally, and will be transferred to ICE custody after serving his setence, and can be removed (deported) by Immigration Judge, unless there is some form of relief available to him.
