Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My boyfriend and I want to get married. We both live in Florida. I am a US Citizen and he is from Honduras. He came here legally with a temporary Visa 9 years ago but he never left. So, he is now here illegally. Will he and I be able to get married? If so, will he be able to get a green card, driver's license, SS#, etc.? Will he be legal once we are married? Thank you!

You might be able to get married. Ask the clerk in the local courthouse what documents they require when a couple applies for a Marriage License.

Whether he will be able to get a Green Card, SSN, and become a lawful permanent resident, is another question. I suggest, you consult a knowledgeable immigration attorney about this before filing any applications with the USCIS/DHS.

Yes, you should be able to marry him and apply for an adjustment of status.
