Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Hi,
Here is my case. I came here 3 years ago to study Graphic Design (A.S.) because I couldn't afford anything else. In my second year of classes I got a job at a Printing Company and worked with them under CPT (Curricular Practical Training). After I finished my A.S. I continued working with them under OPT(Optional Practical Training)
Now, my year under OPT is almost over. I have been trained in all aspects of the business, and was named Store Manager. I have gained more experience in this year and half with them, than in my entire degree. At this point I am the one that runs the store and the one who takes care of orders and knows how all the printers work.
My company really wants to sponsor me, they say they'll do anything to keep me here.
Is there any way?
